Is your Works Cited on a new page of the paper?
Is the title Works Cited centered above your list?
Is your list double spaced?
Are your entries in alphabetical order by the last name of the author or, if there is no available author, by the title?
Did you apply hanging indents to your list? See the Hanging Indents section below for instructions.
Did you add any unnecessary extras? Scan your page now and delete any bullet points or numbers.
Did you actually use every source listed in your Works Cited? Delete any sources that you didn't end up using in your paper.

Proper MLA formatting requires your Works Cited page to use hanging indents.
