Flowers may be big or small. They can be found in all the colors of the rainbow. Even though they look different, they have the same parts. The colored part of the flower is the petals. Insects like the pretty colors. Insects carry the dust-like pollen from one flower to another. Pollen comes from the stamens, which are the male parts of a flower. Flowers also have female parts, known as carpels. Carpels make seeds.
