It is important to note that you must ALWAYS send the book to the LMS of the school. If you do not, it will not be received or checked out and could be lost forever. This is especially important to remember if you have adults/staff requesting books – do not send it directly to the staff member, always to the librarian. I include the packing slip to help the receiving media specialist get the book to the patron. I check the book out and stick it in the teacher’s mailbox who has that student.
